### Position: React.js Developer

*Type:* Full-time, Remote or Jamshedpur
*Experience Level:* 2 Years

Role Overview

As a React.js Developer at Atcuality, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components using React.js principles and workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Your role will involve ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, identifying and correcting bottlenecks, and fixing bugs. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

– *UI Component Development:* Design and implement user interface components using React.js.
– *Collaboration:* Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and back-end developers to define, design, and ship new features.
– *Performance Optimization:* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
– *Issue Resolution:* Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and maintain code quality.
– *Technical Translation:* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure they are met.
– *Code Maintenance:* Maintain and refactor existing code to improve its performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications

– *JavaScript Proficiency:* Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
– *React.js Knowledge:* Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
– *State Management:* Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Redux.
– *ECMAScript:* Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
– *Data Structures:* Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
– *Authorization:* Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
– *Build Tools:* Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
– *Development Tools:* Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
– *Socket Programming:* Proficiency in socket programming.
– *Single Sign-On (SSO):* Experience with SSO mechanisms.

Desired Skills

– *UI/UX Design:* A keen eye for UI and UX design to create user-friendly interfaces.
– *Problem-Solving:* Excellent problem-solving skills to debug and resolve issues efficiently.
– *Communication:* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
– *Attention to Detail:* Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
– *TypeScript (Optional):* Experience with TypeScript is a plus.

Education

– *Degree:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
