Job Description:

We are a looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts. If you’re an expert in Meta PPC, lead generation, and content strategy, and you have a keen eye for detail with impeccable English communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.

Paid Social Campaigns (Meta PPC): Execute and optimize Meta PPC campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, using A/B testing, targeting, and retargeting strategies to maximize ROI.

Content Strategy & Creation: Work with the content team to develop engaging, SEO-friendly, and brand-aligned content that resonates with the target audience. Guide content planning, creation, and scheduling to drive engagement and conversions.

Lead Generation: Strategize and implement social media tactics specifically aimed at generating high-quality leads. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to increase lead volume and quality.

Community Management: Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive brand reputation.

Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools. Present insights and actionable recommendations for continual improvement.

Trend Analysis & Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategies as appropriate to enhance campaign effectiveness and brand relevance.

 

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, with a strong emphasis on Meta PPC (Facebook & Instagram) and lead generation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and other PPC platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social, for scheduling and management.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to capture and nurture leads is a plus.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful lead-generation campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of social media content strategy and trends.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
Additional Skills: Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing skills are a plus.
