Aarna Tech Consultants Pvt Ltd (“the Company”) is committed to delivering high-quality software and application development services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which a client may cancel a project and/or request a refund for services rendered. This policy applies to all engagements initiated with the Company through ATCUALITY.

2. Scope

This policy covers:

  • Projects that have not yet commenced.
  • Milestone-based projects where specific milestones are defined.
  • Projects that have already been initiated.

3. Definitions

  • Project: Any service engagement or software/application development contract agreed upon between the client and the Company.
  • Milestone: A predefined phase or deliverable in a milestone-based project that constitutes a segment of the overall project.
  • Project Start: The date on which work officially commences on a project as agreed by both parties.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellation Before Project Commencement

  • Eligibility: Clients may request a cancellation and are eligible for a refund if the project has not yet started.
  • Procedure: The cancellation request must be submitted in writing (via email or formal letter) to the designated Company contact.
  • Refund: A full refund will be processed if the cancellation request is received prior to the initiation of any project work.

4.2. Cancellation After Project Commencement

  • Eligibility: If any part of the project work has commenced, cancellation requests will not qualify for a refund.
  • Client Acknowledgment: By approving the commencement of the project, the client acknowledges that any cancellation made after this point will not be eligible for a refund.

4.3. Milestone-Based Projects

  • Incomplete Milestones: For projects structured around milestones, clients may request a refund for any milestone that has not yet been completed.
  • Completed Milestones: Once a milestone is completed, no refund will be available for that segment.
  • Refund Conditions: The refund will only pertain to the fees associated with the incomplete milestone(s), and no further refund will be processed once the overall project is considered complete.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Refund Request Process

  • Submission: Refund requests must be submitted in writing, specifying the reason for cancellation and the corresponding project or milestone details.
  • Review: The Company will review the cancellation request to confirm that the conditions for a refund are met.

5.2. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Post-Commencement Work: No refunds will be provided if the project has started.
